Concussion: Concussion effects can last for many months after the injury, and they include all the symptoms you're experiencing. The best regimen is resting your brain as much as possible -- meaning avoiding intense stimuli, recreational drugs or alcohol, re-injury, etc. Get plenty of rest, healthy food, gentle exercise. Etc. Be with those who care for you. Pets can help. Recovery can be gradual this way.

It may take some: Time for these postconcussive symptoms to improve, especially the headaches. In the meantime, all you can do is treat the symptoms and rehabilitate yourself. As your doctor what the best program in your area is.
