Depends on the: Problem. A number of disorders, e.g., spondylolisthesis, slipped disk, fracture, arthritis, hla b-27 related disease, spina bifida oculta, metastatic tumor etc can affect l4-5 region. Treatment would depend on the disease affecting a particular person.
