No!!: It's never a good idea to take left over antibiotics because just because you think it's the same infection, it might not be! you may have a different bacterial infection or even a viral infection that would not be treated by the old antibiotics. You likely don't have enough for a full course and taking less than a full course will make the bacteria resistant (you shouldn't have any left over!).
