At your age: It is less likely to be a serious conditions despite being painful. However, if you consider this to be an emergency because you fear for your health from a symptom with an unknown and possibly life threatening cause then by all means go to the emergency department.

Maybe serious: I believe your best option is to go to an urgent care center today or an emergency room of a hospital. If the pain is so severe, there might be a serious underlying cause. If it turns out not to be an urgent illness, you now have the peace of mind to wait a few more days.
