Vp shunt is vibrating in head and it hurts doc says wait 2 weeks but i cant sleep what difference would 2 weeks make

Waiting for change: If the shunt fails, 2 weeks would allow you doc to see if there were any changes that correlate with the symptoms. It would help them determine if the shunt was the source of the problem.
