Vaginal bleeding: You need to be seen and examined soon by a gynecologist. This should not be delayed. A diabetic who is having vaginal bleeding and difficulty urinating along with other symptoms should make a complete list of the symptoms and their sequencing and frequency and take it along with her to the doctor. Do this soon and hope this turns out to be little or nothing severe, but better safe than sorry.
