See PCP.: Start with eating healthy foods, do not take medications that are toxic to the liver, no alcohol nor illicit drugs. If the fatty liver is due to poor nutrition, history of hepatitis, infectious or serum, marked weight from whatever cause, take some b vitamins and maintain a healthy lifestyle. If you still worry about it, a trip to your pcp for a complete physical, liver function tests will be well.
