Maybe: If you took it all it would likely work well.However, there is a significant risk of stomach irritation when taken this way.It took a few years for them to come up with a coating that would permit Aspirin to move past the stomach and be absorbed in the small intestine, avoiding this issue.If you never have stomach issues with it, it might be fine.

I would be concerned: That it would become powder and stick to the sides of the glass - so that dosing would not accurate.
