Many options: You will need to talk to your doctor about the symptoms that you feel that your are exhibiting of bipolar disorder. There are many mood stabilizing medications available, but one important thing to do is take your medications as prescribed. The effects wil not be the same taking only every three days or so, and may negate the medication positive effects entirely. Ask for help with rx $$.
