Sorry, you: Haven't provided us with adequate information to try to figure out the reason for the dystonia. You only have Benadryl (diphenhydramine) listed as a medication. Are you taking another medication that may have triggered the dystonic reaction? Encourage you to clarify this ; re-ask. Take care.

Can do better: You can do better than benadryl (diphenhydramine). First off, make sure it is dystonia. I'd highly recommend seeing a neurologist that has special interest in movement disorders.
