Core Exercises.: Knees to chest begin this exercise lying on your back with your knees bent. Take both knees towards your chest as far as possible without pain. Repeat 10 times. Rotation in lying begin this exercise lying on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat and holding them together. Gently take both knees from side to side as far as possible without pain. Repeat 10 times.
