Low impact: Low impact activities such as swimming or exercise bike are usually safe.

Nonweightbearing: Swimming, upper body workouts are usually safe to do but check with your doctor first. Once you are healed, it might take a transition period to return to normal shoes, then normal activities, then walking then light jogging. This can take place over a 2-3 week period once your doctor gives the okay. Good luck.
