Yes: Yes, you can do exercises which do not involve putting any force across that hand. The danger in doing exercises with the hand involved would be risk of fracture displacement and possible subsequent need for surgery.

Yes: But you will need to avoid anything putting pressure on the knuckle until after it has completely healed (6 or more weeks depending on the type of fracture)
