Depends: With proper hearing protection (-28-32db), should only experience this briefly, if at all. May be due to unrelated issue, like earwax buildup being pushed to eardrum, or closing of ear canal. If not improving in another day, would see your primary dr or an urgent care as good place to start for exam. They might refer you to ENT / audiology if don't see the problems above.
