My ears have been plugged up and ringing for a month. it gets worse at night and in the morning. there is some fluid when i wake up in the morning. i tried a nasal spary and sudafed but they didn't work. will this ever go away?

You may very: well have a wax plug within the ear canal, called cerumen impaction. Please see your primary care doctor's office so they can examine your ears with an Otoscope and possibly wash out the plugs. They also need to check for an ear infection. Best wishes.
