Herniated disc: A herniated disc in the neck can cause a pinched nerve or pressure on the spinal cord. Depending on the severity of the compression, the pain can radiate into the head, create tension migraines, radiating pain into the arms, hand numbness, weakness, and tremors or spasms in the legs.
