Numbness: Hi. May be a cervical neuralgia which means that the nerves from the neck may be pinched which could give both sets of symptoms. See a neurologist right away

I've been having constant, chronic numbness, spasms & pain from my head, down to my fingers. This occurs mainly on my left side, but sometimes shifts.
