Knee Pain: It's possible that you have a meniscal tear in your right knee based only on the symptoms you're describing. There's no way to know for sure without doing a physical exam and maybe even an MRI of the knee. If you think this is due to the way you sleep, then try changing the way you sleep and see if that makes a difference.
