I am a preeclampsia pregnant patient at 34 weeks & i am 3 cm dilated and 80% effaced. having contractions every hr or so should i go to the hospital?

Yes: Any time you are preterm with complications and having regular contractions, you should be evaluated. You don't want that baby to drop out on your bathroom floor, nor do you want to have a seizure if your preeclampsia worsens as you labor. It is much better to err on the side of being assessed. If everything is stable , they'll send you home. If not, you are where you need to be.
