Not rare, not best: I'll provide a link to a piece on the most common ; respected: http://www.Uspharmacist.Com/content/d/feature/i/1369/c/26256/ low doses of antipsychotics for insomnia, while common, is not recommended. There is little evidence of benefit and big concern regarding adverse effects especially in elderly. You already take a lot! try to find a sleep clinic specialist. Best!
