Many: Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or melatonin can be enough for some people and those you can get without prescription. Trazodone helps many people. I have also used Amitriptyline and doxepin. Seroquel is sometimes used. It is very sedating, but has many potential side effects. Mirtazepine is another antidepressant that is usually sedating, but not used just for sleep
