If someone has a swollen lymph node in their neck with no other symptoms what could it be?

Don't have to: Have symptoms , oro-pharyngeal cancers will present as enlarged lymph nodes in the neck , need through investigation , and endoscopic examination if some one has enlarged neck lymph nodes , speak to your doctor and follow the instructions.

Probably normal: "in my series", most adults have two or three palpable lymph nodes in their necks.
