Depends on cause: Swollen lymph nodes have many causes but there is no medication to bring down the size of them.The underlying cause has to be diagnosed and treated. Neck stiffness is usually muscular and should respond to heat.Conditions like meningitis are less common but can also cause neck stiffness.
