Might need a biopsy: The only way you can be sure if anything is wrong with your swollen lymph node is to have a biopsy done. See your PCP: for evaluation and tests to rule out any pathology. Most likely the enlargement is benign and it will take some time to go away. However, do not use this information to diagnose yourself, and see your PCP for a proper diagnosis.
