Yes: Swollen lymph nodes can occur in areas where there is skin inflammation. If the pimple you are referring to is somewhat large or inflamed, it could cause local lymph node swelling. If this is the case, once the pimple subsides, the lymph node will also. This can sometimes take 4-6 weeks.
