Prodromal: Unusual sensations ofter proceed neurological events such as epileptic siezures, although sometimes something as simple as hypotension with low blood pressure leads to syncope (fainting). Side effects of current medications could also be involved. Maybe requesting therapeutic level test on medications would be advised.
