Some: Being that i practice peds cardiology my experience with this is limited. But one thing that i gather from your question is that you might be assuming that heart murmur = heart problem and this is not usually the case. Heart murmurs can be very normal sounds. Cox 2 inhibitors have been associated with increased incidence of cardiac death but you ask your doctor about your situation.
