Yes its possible: Due to osmotic effect made by the high blood sugar causing shift in water from the intraocular lenses. It is reveresibe however within a few weeks after bs have normalized.

Glucose changes visi: Glucose changes affect the lens of the eye and can cause blurry vision. If you have diabetes, and are having high glucoses, correct them before you seek or get new glasses. The change in the lens should be temporary and fix when your glucose is better controlled.
