Would a tsh of 0.66 (range 0.3-5.60) need monitoring or is it okay to normal range but low? i have many symptoms of hyperthyroidism.

Thyroid numbers: A TSH of 0.66 is normal. At some point, you should have your doctor also measure your free t4. But normal is normal, and i suspect your symptoms are not thyroid related.
