Hyperthyroid: A low TSH is indicative of an excess of thyroid hormone in your blood. If you're having symptoms of hyperthyroidism, it certainly can indicate that your level is not yet to the level that is ideal for your body and may need further treatment. Repeating the test after a period of time can also help, looking for a trend.
