Each month i get swollen lymph nodes on both sides of my neck, that last four a week or so had it for over 2 years but getting more frequent?

Go see an ENT doctor: It could be just repeated viral infections(colds) but you need to be sure that you do not have strept throat. A visit to your ENT doctor can help. If you want to try controlling it on your own, i wiould sugges that you try taking vitamin c, 500mg daily and give it a 6 month trial(it is pretty cheap vitamin). This may help, in which case you should continue taking it on a regular basis.
