Can tramadol, amitriptyline, or etolodac cause or make tinnitus worse ?

No: Unlikely. Tinnitus may be louder at different times and seems to get intense more you pay attention to it. Best treatment would be to learn to live with it and try to mask the noise but having some background noise like soft music
