Not necessarily: While your counts are near the upper limit of normal, the counts per se are not a cause for concern. Has there been any changes in your health status? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. You may wish to discuss the issue with your doctor to see if the test needs to be repeated.
