The high neutrophil count could mean you have an infection of some sort. If such numbers are consistent over a few tests and there is no other evidence of infection, this might require further evaluation, especially if your platelet count also is high. Discuss further evaluation, perhaps with hematology-oncology consultation, with your doctor.

I recently have been diagnosed with a low neutrophil count 680mm3. Lymphocytes and all other wbcs and rbcs are are all in the normal range and i feel relatively healthy. Should i be concerned?
