The high neutrophil count could mean you have an infection of some sort. If such numbers are consistent over a few tests and there is no other evidence of infection, this might require further evaluation, especially if your platelet count also is high. Discuss further evaluation, perhaps with hematology-oncology consultation, with your doctor.
