Vague: Best bet is to alter your sleeping position or the type of pillow/pillows you are sleeping with. Do you have similar problems if you go out of town and sleep in a different bed? You may want to consult a chiropractor or a dr. Who may recommend some type of neck exercises or some physical therapy. The neck issues may be caused by something unrelated to your pillows so get checked.
