Get a medical exam d: She should visit her medical doctor for a physical. He/she can advise her further. She may also need an ENT exam to check her voice box to find the cause of her voice change. It can be something serious(?Cancer) going on in her larynx(voice box) or in her chest(? Lung cancer).
