Depends: You have not specified what type of ear surgery you had. That will help us to determine whether you can regain hearing. Not sure homeopathy can help, may be worth trying.

It depends.: If the hearing loss is caused by nerve damage, then, unfortunately, there is no current way to make those nerve cells regenerate. Homeopathic treatments generally don't undergo rigorous placebo controlled trials and so their effects are almost exclusively anecdotal. Because they aren't studied in a standardized scientific way, i would be skeptical of any beneficial claims they have.
