See your ORS: Apparrently you have been recently diagnosed w/ spondylisis bilaterally. You have no spondylolisthesis @ this point.I have or have seen many patients w/ spondylolysis most all(90+%) do well.May be a good idea for you to see your ors or get another opinion and ask your surgeon who has examined you and seen your MRI to take it from here.You really cannot be treated over the internet..! good luck!
