I fell today in the snow with cleats i never fall on, is it possible i passed out? i had a bad headache this morning and its better but still there,

Passed out?: If you passed out, i think you'd know for sure that you did. Cleats are good but people can still fall. When people fall due to loss of consciousness without warning (which is common with cardiac arrhythmias), they really hurt themselves: laceration or fracture (because there's no cushioning of the fall).

Post traumatic: Headache is considered a form of secondary headache that occurs after head injury. Often accompanying the headache are symptoms of post-traumatic syndrome such as vertigo, blurred vision, memory impairment, reduced attention span, difficulty in concentrating, sleep disturbance, anxiety, depression, mood changes and irritability. Rec.: see your pcp for further evaluation and imaging.
