I knocked my head when i slipped and fell this morning. the headache i have, is it from my congested nose (i have the flu) or from the fall?

Urgent Care exam!: It is not really possible to accurately assess whether or not your headache is from your fall or sinus congestion without a complete exam. The headache could be from one or the other or both. I strongly encourage you to go to an Urgent Care Clinic or Emergency Room for a complete exam. The trauma may have caused injuries which should be treated as soon as possible!
