Serotonin syndrome: Symptoms of serotonin syndrome include agitation, restlessness, nausea, diarrhea, fast heart rate, high blood pressure, sweating, hallucinations, shivering, tremor, confusion, and uncoordination. You can help him by keeping him calm on the way to the er. He will receive supportive care with iv's, diagnostic tests, and medications to contain the symptoms.
