Bad pasture: Tension-type headache are recurrent episodes of headache lasting minutes to days. The pain is typically described as dull, achy, nonpulsatile, pressing or tightening. It is not unusual for patients with tth to experience migraine-like symptoms (throbbing headache, visual disturbances, nausea). Rec.: see a headache or orofacial pain specialist for final diagnosis and treatment.
