Headaches: There are a variety of causes for and types of headaches. A careful history and physical examination with your doctor is a good start. Adjusting the position of the computer chair relative to the screen to take tension out of your neck and shoulders may help. Neck exercises and frequent breaks may relieve the headaches too. If no improvement then see a neurologist who specializes in headaches.
