Tension headaches: Tension type headache is 30 minutes to 7 days. Usually bilateral, squeezing character, mild to moderate intensity. Stress, anxiety, muscle strain from having technology posture can cause and make them more frequent. Mild nausea or vomiting can occur. Sensitive to light or sound can also occur but not more than one of these for the diagnoses. Over the counter NSAID is treatment.
