Very Tricky!: Just like you can remove ovarian cysts during pregnancy, pedunculated fibroids can be removed as well. Not without risk of bleeding and miscarriage. Please let me know if i can help!

Don't do it.: Yes it has been reported. Laparoscopic myomectomy of a subserous pedunculated fibroid at 14 weeks of pregnancy: a case report http://www.jmedicalcasereports.com/content/pdf/1752-1947-5-545.pdf Dr. Marco Pelosi was the first in the US to report laparoscopic myomectomy on a pregnant patient. Others have tried some with disastrous results ie loss of pregnancy followed by lawsuit. First do no harm.
