Pregnancy and scar : If you are pregnant, chances are that he scarring is not a problem in terms of the length you are able to carry. The problem is that often removal of fibroids, or any uterine surgery may cause malpresentation like breech or even pre term labor/delivery. Also, if the fibroid that was removed entered the endometrial cavity than a c/section at term would be in order as a method of delivery.

Yes it is possible: You need to see a maternal-fetal medicine specialist who will ultrasound you. If you are able to get pregnant most of the time you can carry the pregnancy to term with special assistance. You do need to get a Progesterone level after confirming your pregnancy by checking a first morning void or urine.
