How long until i can run after having the brostrom procedure? i have been in a walking boot for 6 weeks and am just starting physical therapy.

Ask your ORS: Obviously this is a question for your treating surgeon based on his own treatment guidelines and how well you do over the next few weeks w/pt . After modified brostrum reconstruction the earliest I have released patients to jogging is 3 months( not hard running or cutting sports). Work hard w/ your therapist and follow your treating surgeons' directions. Best of luck!
