Body is assymetrical: The body is assymetrical to some extent. I don't think a goal of pt is forced symmetry. Perhaps your observations are not entirely correct. Are they based on barefoot gait on level surfaces? Do the subjects have any other problems such as limb length inequality? Random observations are sometimes anecdotal and the # of samples involved may be too small to draw any conclusions from.
