Water bag break: Sometimes it's a vaginal infection that caused your water bag to break, especially since you are not yet in labor. Because your baby is premature, you would be given antibiotics on the labor floor to protect the baby from infection. If you and the baby are well ( no fever, unusual pain or other complications), your doctor will decide the best time to deliver the baby.
