Depends: If you have been coughing a lot and now you are vomiting blood but the volume is not a lot, you probably have what is called a mallory weiss tear and it will heal. If you have not been coughing, then it is an emergency and you should get to the er in the quickest manor possible. Seek hep at any rate to be sure you are ok , it's just not as much of an emergency if you are coughing a lot . Still go.
